about us
You deserve a safe space to feel better.
hi, i'm jess.
Most of my clients come to me when they’re tired of 'getting by.' They’re self-aware, they’re high-functioning, and they’re also completely exhausted.
My approach is simple: I combine the science of the mind with the wisdom of the body. As a psychologist with a background in both mental health and fitness, I look at the whole picture. We’ll work on quietening the loud thoughts in your head while also calming the 'static' in your nervous system.
No judgment, just a grounded and safe space to help you find your centre again.

therapeutic approaches
We can’t just 'think' our way out of stress. Often, our bodies hold onto tension, trauma, and burnout long after our minds have tried to move on. By blending traditional talk therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with somatic (body-based) practices, we work with your nervous system to create change that actually sticks.
We can’t always 'think' our way out of stress.
what support with us actually feels like
Therapy shouldn’t feel like another chore on your list. At Neutral Minds Psychology, we aim for a shift you can actually feel.
A judgment-free zone to unpack the mental load you’ve been carrying solo.
A dedicated hour where the world stops spinning, allowing you to finally hear your own thoughts.
Not just venting, but walking away with practical ways to calm your system when life gets loud.
A conversation that feels human, honest, and grounded. Just genuine support.
