Jess is a registered psychologist and the Director of Neutral Minds Psychology
Hi! My name is Jess, I am a registered psychologist offering warm, compassionate, and confidential support. I provide evidence-based psychological interventions, creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported.
My approach is client-centred and collaborative, helping people navigate life’s challenges, strengthen wellbeing, and work toward meaningful change. I value professionalism, ethical care, and strong therapeutic relationships, and I am committed to providing a supportive and positive therapy experience.

My work is guided by curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I integrate psychological frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based approaches with somatic and body-based practices that support nervous system regulation and emotional awareness.
This holistic approach allows us to address not only thoughts and behaviours, but also the body’s insight, creating a deeper and more complete path to wellbeing.
I also recognise the growing role of psychedelic-assisted therapy integration, offering guidance and support to help individuals process, ground, and integrate transformative experiences safely and meaningfully.
