A difficult trip can stay with you.
You don’t have to process it alone.
psychedelic harm reduction
Psychedelic therapy in Australia is currently limited to approved clinical trials and the Authorised Prescriber scheme, under which MDMA-assisted therapy may be prescribed for PTSD and psilocybin-assisted therapy for treatment-resistant depression. Outside of these pathways, psychedelic therapy remains illegal.
I acknowledge that many individuals choose to engage with psychedelics independently or access plant medicines through legal avenues overseas. In response to this, my work is grounded in a harm-reduction approach. This includes supporting clients to better understand potential risks, key considerations such as mindset and environment, and offering integration support to help make sense of their experiences.
Some individuals may have challenging or destabilising experiences, particularly if they were unprepared for what emerged, met the experience with significant resistance, or lacked a safe and supportive environment. If you have previously worked with psychedelics and are struggling to make sense of the experience or to feel grounded afterwards, I can support you in working towards meaningful integration.
Please note that I do not promote, encourage, or endorse the recreational use of illicit substances in any form. I am unable to recommend or refer to underground services, nor can I assist in sourcing illegal substances.
The support I offer is provided solely within a harm-reduction framework.
